Can’t believe it has been so long since I last wrote on here. Spring is springing and it has been really busy. Heard the first Cuckoo of the year in late April, I have since heard two more so hopfully a good year for the Cuckoo. The water voles have been busy as well and I know there at least two on the ponds so heres hoping for a male and female! The kingfisher has also returned to the ponds, I haven’t seen it since late October.

I ran a morning’s wildlife art class at the Axe Estuary Wetlands, thanks to those who came and made it such a good morning. On the sucess of that I plan to run a few more of these in the future.

I exhibited my work at the British Falconry Fair at Ragley Hall.

Currently I am working on a Song Thrush painting which I hope to exhibit at the National Exhibition of Wildlife Art (NEWA), so need to get a move on with it if it is going to be finished in time! Will add photos soon.
